Kalli Quicke
Entrepreneur | Marketing Strategist | Real Estate Investor | USCG Captain
Kalli Quicke holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration with a concentration in Marketing and is the founder of Quicke Marketing and KNC Ventures. She began her entrepreneurial journey at just 20 years old when she launched and later sold her first business.
Through Quicke Marketing, she specializes in strategic website development and long term SEO growth plans designed to help small businesses build strong digital foundations.
Kalli is also a real estate investor focused on strategic acquisition and sustainable portfolio growth. In addition, she is a United States Coast Guard licensed Captain and co owner of Destin Boat Company, where she oversees branding, operations, and expansion initiatives.
Beyond her operating businesses, Kalli founded The Quicke Business Collective, an educational platform designed to equip aspiring entrepreneurs with practical tools, real world knowledge, and structured guidance for launching and growing sustainable businesses.
Her work across industries reflects a consistent focus on structure, integrity, and long term growth strategy.
Cheri Phillips
Operations Manager
Cheri serves as the Operations Manager at Quicke Marketing and plays a critical role in ensuring the business runs smoothly behind the scenes. With over 15 years of experience in operations management, she brings a strong foundation in leadership, organization, and process development to the team.
Prior to transitioning into operations, Cheri worked as a Registered Nurse, where she developed exceptional attention to detail, critical thinking skills, and the ability to perform efficiently in high responsibility environments. That background continues to influence her structured and disciplined approach to operations today.
At Quicke Marketing, Cheri oversees internal systems, workflows, and processes that support both the team and our clients. She works closely with leadership to streamline operations, improve efficiency, and maintain consistency across all services. From managing day to day coordination to supporting client deliverables, she ensures projects stay organized, timelines remain on track, and communication is clear at every stage.
Cheri’s depth of experience, precision, and commitment to excellence allow our team to operate with clarity and purpose while delivering reliable, strategic solutions for small businesses.
