Billing & Late Payment Policy

Effective August 1, 2025
 

At Quicke Marketing, we strive to offer affordable, high-quality marketing services to all our clients. To continue doing so effectively, we’ve implemented the following billing and late payment policy.
 

Payment Terms

  • Invoices are due upon receipt unless otherwise stated in your service agreement.

  • We recommend setting up automatic payments to avoid missed or delayed payments.
     

Late Fees

  • A 10% late fee will be applied to any outstanding invoice not paid within 3 business days of the due date.

  • An additional 5% late fee will be added to any invoice not paid within 10 business days.
     

Service Disruption

  • If payment is not received within 10 business days, services will be paused until the account is brought current.
     

Communication

If you are experiencing delays due to project timelines or cash flow issues, please communicate in advance so we can work with you proactively.
